Hello friends, I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was not very relaxing and today I woke up feeling quite under the weather, so I’m ready for some writing therapy. Last week I told you how my bi-monthly goals went last in April and May and it was, for the most part, not successful. So I’ve kept that in mind while creating my next round of monthly goals.
Writing. Oh boy, writing.
I’m going to make a confession. I am having a really long week and, although I have some blog ideas in the wings, I just can’t commit to sitting down this morning and writing one of them. I do want to get up a blog as I usually do on Friday, so I thought maybe a life update was in order.
Uhhh, hey. Sorry. It’s been like, a real long time since I wrote anything. It’s not even that I’ve been really busy, it’s just I haven’t sat down to write anything. I’ve been meaning to, but I didn’t. Also, I didn’t have anything to write about BECAUSE…
I wonder if I should do like CURRENT SONG and CURRENT MOOD to each of my blogs livejournal style. Let’s try it.
Today my journal came in the mail and I’m pretty excited to start writing in it.
As you can see it’s a pretty standard black journal. I really like that it has a strap to close it so it doesn’t get damaged in my bag or something. Not that I would ever have it in my bag, but you know… if you put a book in your bag it just attracts shit and the pages get destroyed. It’s really annoying.
I may have mentioned this before, but I’m an avid knitter. And by avid I mean I knit a whole lot around Christmas because I’ve waited too long to start making presents. I’ve gotten exactly 1.25 presents done for Christmas, so I should really be knitting instead of blogging. Oh well, lesson not learned.
